A. Description:

The main ingredients of PVC is polyvinyl chloride, while adding other ingredients we can enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility. This PVC laminate uses paint as its upper, polyvinyl chloride as the middle layer and with the adhesive coated its lower backs and it is quite popular and widely used as a kind of synthetic material

Hard PVC laminating material does not contain any softener, is good at flexibility, easy shaping, unbreakable, non-toxic and no pollution, it can be saved for a long time. The plasterboards after laminated with PVC film will become rainproof, fire-resistant and anti-static. It is the first election of interior decoration products in building materials industry and has broad market prospect.

B. Production processes:

Plasterboard PVC laminating machine unit are made up of automatic feeding, cleaning equipment, surface coating, pre-drying device, coated aluminum foil film, lateral flap institutions, secondary surface cleaning, secondary surface coating, secondary pre-drying device, coated PVC film, vertical cutting, horizontal cutting, veneer sealing edge, conveyor stacking, packing and other production processes to complete.
